By using CraftSiteo services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

CraftSiteo provides web development, domain and hosting setup/configuration, and related digital services as described on our website.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your project proposal. For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Revisions & Changes

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at our hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the website we create. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting & Domain Services

Domain names and hosting plans are purchased directly by you (the client) under your own account to ensure full ownership and control. CraftSiteo will assist in setting up, connecting, and configuring your domain and hosting environment. You are responsible for all renewal fees and terms associated with your chosen domain and hosting providers.

Limitation of Liability

CraftSiteo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due.
